Disclaimer
WoolCreations' toys, dolls and craft supplies are not necessarily appropriate for all ages, please use good judgment when choosing the appropriate toy for your child. My Waldorf dolls are made of 100% wool or wool stuffing and 100% cotton skin. Doll clothing may have buttons, which could be a choking hazard. Other toys are usually made of wool/cotton unless otherwise stated in the description. Little fibers may come off the toy. For all items on this site I recommend a minimum age of 3 years and that children do not put these toys in their mouths.

All WoolCreations are created in a NON-Smoking environment. I do have dogs and cats, but my animals do not spend time in my studio.
Return policies
All sales are final. This goes for in stock and custom orders. Returns will be handled on exception bases only. If it comes to a return, shipping has to be paid by you. I also recommend to ship the item via USPS with insurance and delivery confirmation. I will only refund your money once I hold the item in my hands. I do want everyone to be happy with their WoolCreations and will try to work out a solution that is acceptable for both of us.
Shipping Information
I will ship your item(s) within 48 hours after receipt of payment. Shipping may be delayed due inclement weather (winter only) I use USPS or UPS for shipping.
We are happy to ship internationally, but will not be responsible for any customs, brokerage, taxes or other fees that may be incurred once the package has reached the destination country. Additional shipping may be charged to you, we will send paypal invoice for that.
